Qualifications
- PhD in Systems Engineering or Futures Studies
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ innovations
- Expertise in blockchain, biotech, and space tech convergence
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global partnerships
- Top 1% percentile on Foresight Institute assessments
