Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author annual 'State of 2026' foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance in post-quantum ecosystems
- Manage $2M annual innovation fund for prototype development
- Present at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published work on 4IR technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Two Loops, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Fluency in at least two of: Python, R, or MATLAB for trend modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
