Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities post-2025
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into organizational DNA
- Establish cross-disciplinary incubators for rapid prototyping of 2026+ solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with global impact
- Represent the company at Davos-level forums on future technology governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-defining products/services
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership on 4th industrial revolution implications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on tech disruption scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
