Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and sustainable energy systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board of directors for decision-making
- Author thought leadership on long-term tech impact and societal adaptation
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Published work in futurist journals or industry white papers
