Responsibilities
- Forecast and document global technological, economic, and societal trends for 2026 horizon
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging paradigms (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service blueprints
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proof strategies into corporate DNA
- Author thought leadership reports for industry disruptors and policymakers
- Curate and analyze proprietary data from 200+ future-tech signals
- Represent the company at Davos-level foresight forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of at least two: quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
