Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients across industries
- Author trend briefings and innovation frameworks for executive leadership teams
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future megatrends
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurist networks and academic partnerships
- Translate complex future projections into product roadmaps and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) or societal shifts
- Proficiency in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience translating foresight into commercial strategy for B2B enterprises
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
