Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Design and facilitate cross-functional future-planning workshops
- Quantify strategic opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Monitor competitive innovation landscapes and disruptor ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Strategy preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling tools
