Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for quantum computing integration and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Curate and analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings on climate resilience, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Architect innovation frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory thinking and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotechnology, or quantum computing
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical discipline
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term innovation adoption curves
