Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with quantitative trend analysis and scenario planning
- Architect innovation pipelines for next-gen products/services in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops to align organizational priorities with future opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include portfolio of trend reports)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
