Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026-2030 landscape
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product innovation
- Author thought leadership reports for executive stakeholders and industry publications
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across fintech, healthcare, and sustainable energy sectors
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier technologies for acquisition
- Design organizational frameworks for rapid adaptation to future market conditions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy publications
- Experience leading global teams across multiple innovation ecosystems
