Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in Kardashev Scale civilization modeling and Fermi Paradox analysis
- Published author in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for classified government innovation projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting technological implementations
