Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology paradigms
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Design and execute cross-industry future scenario planning workshops
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a global futurist research team
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership on disruptive market shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum technologies
- Published thought leadership on future trends (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive innovation programs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 boards
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
