- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley labs, academic institutions, and government innovation bodies
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership publications on future-proof business models
- Oversee R&D investments in emerging domains (neuromorphic computing, climate tech, space commercialization)
- Champion organizational adoption of agile futurism methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent professional accreditation
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with portfolio showcasing trend analysis and scenario modeling
