Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate foresight insights into product development pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, tech strategy, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or keynote presentations on future trends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
