Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impact through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive trends with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate exponential change
