- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with Silicon Valley and global research partners

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or technology foresight at enterprise level
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in peer-reviewed journals or industry reports
- Expertise in scenario planning, exponential technology forecasting, and behavioral economics
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of climate tech, quantum computing, and neuro-symbolic AI convergence
- Certification in Futures Design or Strategic Foresight preferred
