Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026-2030 technological convergence
- Develop and publish annual 'Future Horizons' strategic whitepapers and thought leadership
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Build and lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping initiatives
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track emerging market penetration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience building innovation pipelines for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
