Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision strategies
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technology trends and systemic thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
- Credibility as a published thought leader with 20+ speaking engagements
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects launched in the past 5 years
