Qualifications

- 7+ years experience in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology domains
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
