Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
