Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate innovation ecosystems
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide R&D investments and product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies' societal and economic impacts
- Champion a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and iterative testing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, design thinking, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact on organizational transformation
