Responsibilities

- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Design human-centric AI interfaces for 2030 workplace ecosystems
- Lead workshops with Fortune 500 CTOs on future-proofing strategies
- Produce monthly trend reports with predictive analytics
- Manage a $2M R&D budget for experimental projects

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in tech strategy with proven 10-year trend prediction track record
- Expertise in quantum computing or generative AI architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) required
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-tech implementations
- Fluency in Python and data visualization tools
- Experience with VR/AR prototyping platforms
