You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities while ensuring our initiatives align with long-term societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze macro-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor and report on emerging technologies' competitive implications and market readiness
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI ethics, space tech, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Credibility with C-suite executives and external innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
