Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Conduct annual global trend summits to identify disruptive forces in 2026+ landscapes
- Design human-centric frameworks for emerging technology adoption and ethical governance
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and integrate breakthrough startups
- Author quarterly 'Futurescape' reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Academy' development program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major tech publications
- Experience designing and scaling future-proof business models
- Deep understanding of global geopolitical and socio-economic trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and board-level audiences
