Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum computing, or exponential technologies
- Proven track record of securing innovation funding ($3M+)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
