Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological paradigms through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional labs in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (GenAI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in tech/innnovation publications
