- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Partner with MIT and Stanford research labs to identify disruptive technologies
- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' innovation symposium
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Mentor junior futurists and build the foresight practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN's Three Horizons)
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof business models
- Strong network with global futurist communities (WFS, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with foresight methodologies like Delphi or Horizon Scanning
