- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops to challenge assumptions and prototype future-state solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainability megatrends
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex global scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and strategic foresight tools
