Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption scenarios and market opportunity analysis
- Produce annual Horizon Report detailing technology adoption curves and regulatory implications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains: Web3, quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech publications
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Futurist Toolkit)
