- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with R&D, product, and design teams
- Develop predictive frameworks using scenario planning and data modeling
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital to identify disruptive startup opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, tech forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing convergence
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in tech/futures publications
- Strong storytelling skills for complex concepts
