Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Biology, Quantum Physics, or equivalent field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Science on future tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 100M+ users
- Expertise in CRISPR or synthetic biology applications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
