Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, and sustainable systems
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year technological roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-cultural collaboration
