Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven predictive systems and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications and MVPs
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business strategy
- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized autonomous systems
- Present strategic technology insights to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (patents, peer-reviewed papers)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Track record of scaling technology solutions from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
