- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps and KPIs
- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging market disruptions and opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author quarterly future-readiness reports for board and investor audiences
- Drive cross-functional adoption of anticipatory intelligence practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
