Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 5-10 year horizons
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, sustainability, and human-centric design principles
- Champion cross-functional initiatives translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Present visionary findings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with proven 2026+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption scenarios
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives in tech or sustainability sectors
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CSSF) preferred
