Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on AI, quantum, or biotech futures
- Experience with Delphi methods and trend impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Deep network with DARPA, NASA, or World Economic Forum futurists
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
