- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen products with 5-7 year development cycles
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on the 2026 digital economy landscape
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives ($50M+ impact)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Published author in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Foresight Platform, Gartner, etc.)
