As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture capitalists to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech. Your expertise will directly shape our product roadmap, investment strategy, and market entry plans for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and academic research to forecast 2026+ innovation vectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state technology roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier industry forums
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, M&A targets, and investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business initiatives for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Experience working with C-suite teams and board-level strategic planning
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or thought leadership pieces
