Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework using advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports highlighting disruptive technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive threats
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to access frontier research
- Present findings to boards and investors through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor a team of futurists and analysts to cultivate next-generation strategic thinking capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and market disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix) and analytical tools
- Demonstrated experience translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite through data-driven storytelling
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent professional designation preferred
