- Analyze global mega-trends (AI ethics, climate resilience, space economy) for competitive advantage
- Build and manage a futurist advisory board of Nobel laureates and industry disruptors
- Author Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future State' whitepapers
- Design immersive foresight simulations for executive decision-making
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants for sustainable technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or sustainability transitions
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of launching ventures valued at $50M+
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
