Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Author white papers and policy briefs on future-of-work paradigms
- Design resilience frameworks for organizations facing exponential change
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present foresight insights at Davos-style global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published work on technological singularity or societal transformation
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting platforms
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 prediction accuracy validations
