Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends to produce 2026-2030 strategic foresight reports
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop predictive models for market disruption in quantum/AI convergence
- Architect enterprise blueprints for ethical AI adoption and workforce transformation
- Present strategic vision to executive boards and investor committees
- Mentor junior futurists in trend methodology and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist analysis
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Scenario Planning or Strategic Foresight preferred
