Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (2025-2030) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario models for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Represent company at global futurism and innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with AI/ML trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
