Responsibilities

- Design and implement strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Develop quantifiable roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and strategic alignment across departments
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market hypotheses
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with advanced proficiency in tools like Tableau
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future economies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
