You'll translate complex global signals into actionable roadmaps for C-suite executives while fostering a culture of anticipatory innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 5-10 year industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives on climate resilience, workforce evolution, and geopolitical risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Build proprietary foresight models using predictive analytics, machine learning, and trend synthesis
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the organization's future intelligence ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation labs, or corporate futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, weak signal detection, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented frameworks or trend analyses
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
