Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models for emerging technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (Web4.0, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential growth and market transformation
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with industry impact
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with futurist or foresight methodology expertise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) or Technology Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (Web4.0, decentralized systems)
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
