Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise architecture
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Produce trend briefings and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier technology investments
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and adoption velocity
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier domains: quantum AI, biocomputation, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercialized products
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
