Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging global trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) impacting business by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and C-level leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author high-impact thought leadership content on future trends and disruptive innovation
- Champion organizational culture shifts toward adaptive, future-ready mindsets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruptive innovation
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy and transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
