As a key member of our Global Futures Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to develop actionable scenarios for 2026 and beyond. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce quarterly futures briefings for executive leadership and board committees
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness initiatives and track adoption through advanced analytics
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global foresight forums and maintain thought leadership position
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-suite executive briefings
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications (e.g., HBR, WIRED)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Oxford)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures-to-strategy implementations
