Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps across technology verticals (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities/disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global market shifts and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact deliverables: whitepapers, executive briefings, and innovation blueprints
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial/technical roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR, APF) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in tech/consulting
